Paula Varano
Paula Varano, Business and Office Manager, brings more than 20 years of industry experience to MogerMedia as one of the first employees over five years ago. She is responsible for overseeing human resources, accounts payable and accounts receivable. As part of the client services team, Paula is involved in handling traffic and a portion of continuity logs for “The Houston Home Show with Tom Tynan,” both in Houston and its statewide syndications. Paula is instrumental in organizing the day-to-day business operations and procedures at MogerMedia.
Prior to MogerMedia, Paula served as an assistant to the sales manager at KILT-FM for four years where her duties included interfacing with all account executives, assisting the accounting department, and processing all political advertising schedules. She also worked at KTRH-AM as office manager for seven years, acting as a liaison between the sales staff and department personnel. Paula graduated magna cum laude with a BS degree from the University of Houston. She also studied spiritual psychology in the masters program at the University of Santa Monica.
Paula has been active as a Girl Scout Leader and a member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, where she served on the activities committee. She is also a member of Envision Connection, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to the growth and healing transformation of women.
